Your partner in care

Naturally, you know your child better than anyone, so our carers will work closely with you to get to know your child's individual needs and personality - and provide you with regular feedback on how they are getting on. You will be closely involved in settling in your child and parents are welcome to stay with their child at any stage. We recognise that we not only have responsibility for providing exceptional care for your child, but we also need to deliver an excellent service to you.

At Teddies, we pride ourselves on our understanding of the things that really matter to parents when it comes to nursery care - the challenges you face, the worries you wrestle with and the hopes and aspirations you have. We believe that the highest quality childcare can only be delivered in close partnership with parents. Through a comprehensive parental liaison programme, including frequent feedback on your child's progress, parents' evenings, newsletters and open days, we try to ensure you are always fully informed and involved.

A fun and imaginative environment

You are bound to feel a little apprehensive about leaving your child at a nursery for the first time - every parent does. That is why it is so important that you are completely comfortable with the childcare you choose. Teddies Nurseries can help put your mind at rest by providing a secure, nurturing environment for your child. Our carers are highly trained, experienced and motivated and, with a reassuringly high staff-to-child ratio, we can give your child the individual care and attention they need to feel happy and safe when you are not around.

Meals are both fun and nutritious

Mealtimes are an important part of the day. Naturally, we take care to ensure your child receives healthy, well-balanced meals with a good selection of fresh ingredients and we work with qualified nutritionists and the British Nutrition Foundation to prepare our menus. We also always make sure that mealtimes are fun and an event to look forward to, with the older children helping to serve each other and encouraging integration at the tables.
